Pretty sure you're talking to a 17 year old whose only economics background is having read Atlas Shrugged. I do wonder what the health implications are for someone who rolls on the floor laughing his ass off so often are though, can't be a healthy activity to engage in multiple times a day.

Unfortunately they can't go away, unless Congress repeals the Federal Reserve Act. Can that even be done? And there would have to be a banking system in place that works before it could be done.

Nah, we're stuck with the Fed forever now, unless we lose money altogether.
