What Is Going On At Pristine Trading

Does anyone know what is going on at Pristine Capital Holdings. Back in September, I got a note that Oliver Velez has "taken over" as CEO and President of Pristine Capital Holdings and that Greg and other management was let go.

The more formal memo stated that it was by legal order that Greg Capra and others were to not be involved with Pristine, VCM, etc.

I did a search and found that in October, 2007, Velez took out a lawsuit against Capra and Pristine Capital Holdings. You can find the initial docket info here:

Now I got an email today that Greg and Ron are teaching a course tomorrow. Interestingly, I was thinking of coming back, but it seems like there is some huge struggle between these power brokers that is creating chaos.

What is it like in the rooms now? Is there any teaching going on? Would like to find out what is going on before deciding to venture back.

Greg bought Pristine back from Oliver after Oliver engineered a hostile takeover by buying out a minor shareholder and acquiring a majority of the shares. Greg and Ron's students are overjoyed at this turn of events, and thankful that integrity and quality once again reign at Pristine...
