What is Easiest Way to Get Free Options Data into Matlab or Perl?

I would like download latest options chain data but was figuring people have already done this using yahoo or such. Can anyone point me to a script or such for matlab or perl?

I am looking for stock options data. Historical would be awesome, but don't expect that, but free EOD of day or delayed realtime is only what I need.
