After 8 Years of Bush and McBush leading our policies, 'Joe Sixpack' will now be known as 'Joe 40 ouncer'.

What is an average Joe six pack???![]()

Is it someone who drinks 6 beers a day?
Is it someone who drinks 6 beers a week??
Why the hell is Palin courting the alcoholic vote?? So many parents lose a teen age son or daughter to drunk driving, and this crazy dumb Palin keeps on pumping up the term 6 pack.
Maybe she thinks the rest of America is just like her home state Alaska.
Wrong.Quote from canyonman00:
Back in the day, this was a reference to the average guy. No more, no less. It was used regularly in the media circles to talk to and about masses who were not priveledged or silver spooned. It simply meant the guy who worked hard at the factory all day, came home, kissed the wife, found the Berkline recliner and kicked his feet up, turned on the ballgame and had a beer. AKA, Archie Bunker!![]()

Wrong.
"Back in the day", the reference was Joe Lunchpail, which meant the average working guy. Thanks to Republicans supporting corporations shipping jobs out of the country (first to Mexico, now to China), Joe Lunchpail has turned into Joe Sixpack.
Only a Republican would see this as a sign of progress.
