In all his teaching he misses the simple TA setup to trade the first strong close after a swing pivot.

he is a scalper

he trades 5 min.

in 5 min he says a 4 point move is a swing.

so if you are looking for swings of 30-100 points, you do not look to Brooks.

but if you are looking to make 40 one point trades in one US session then Brooks is your man.

So to say Brooks is a fraud, is like saying a screwdriver is fraud, because a screw driver cannot open a bolt.

or to say a bus is a fraud, because it cannot cross a river.

that is the whole point of the second entry. most times it is a scalp.

but by waiting for a safer entry , for a second entry ,you miss the strongest trends.

in strong trend, everyone is in hurry, there is urgency, the market moves before you can blink so the first entry is the only option.

see this is where Brooks is different: he tries to explain these things but he makes a right royal mess of it.
