What is a good offer for a new trader??

I've been comparing a few offers and was just interested in finding out what everyone thought was a good first offer for someone straight out of college?

Payout?
Capital Investment?

Any insight would be appreciated!

Why not tell us what they offered you so that we could tell you whether or not it was a good deal? There is more to an offer than just commissions.

i was offered no capital 50/50, $2500 down 60/40, $5k 70/30, or $10k 80/20. 6 months roughly of training where they say you will come out of the hole around this time. and your return will get better as your progress 1-2-3 years down the road. its with T3 capital, they claim to have the best training, but who doesn't. and they say their turnover rate is very low, around 27%. they didnt specify transaction costs so im not sure what they are.
