There are very few very likelys, and of course no guarantees. How about DX? Generally, when DX rises, stocks drops and vice-versa? But that is very diluted throughput.

Is that the same TLT that was trading at 170+ just a couple of years back and is at 113 now? And GLD that was >190 and is barely holding 160? That is, both of them more or less tracking with the market? Just checking.
Yup, just the same. So? What in my post says you have to always be long these? Ever heard of time series momentum investing?
