What investments have inverse or very very very low beta compared to stock market?

I want something that very likely goes up, or at least falls very little, when the stock market falls. And that over time is profitable. Anyone got any ideas?

Thank you.

Farmland (annual crops like corn, soybeans, wheat, cotton, etc...)
2-4% annual yield on top of valuation increases in list below (corn/soybean ground)
Acretrader.com or Farmtogether.com (crowdfunding)
FPI (equity)
Farmland vs. S&P by year.

Dividend growers. Of course they don't move as fast as the rest of the market during a bull run.

Dividend growers? You mean like AT&T which has a great yield of 6%? HAH! Boy, let's take a look at the awesome power of a dividend grower...

Sorry, no, it sucks ass. I should know, I am long.

I don't think many dividend growers have negative beta compared to the stock market generally, I bet the vast majority of them have a pretty strong positive beta (less than 1 obviously in the vast majority of cases, but still well above 0 I bet in most cases).
I don't know. You asked for suggestions I gave you mine.

Got any dividend growers that are not profitable?

"Profitable" as in "doing better than B&H in SPY/SPX"? Or "well, it did have a return of >$0 for the last 20 years..."?

Again: all depends on which rubber ruler you're using. Got any "dividend growers" that beat the market long-term? More to the point: any that are guaranteed to do so in the future? Because that's what the OP is ultimately asking for.

Passionate kiss

Passionate kiss in both bull and bear markets is like spider's web and always leads to undoing of fly

What's wrong with PEP.

Outside of hindsight? Nothing.

Now, can you come up with a stock that will - not has, but will - perform that way in the future? Because - again - that's the only thing that will fit the parameters (no or minimal risk, upside only) as originally requested.
