What if i'm not meant to be a successful trader. After all, i have zero discipline, no patience, and little money?
But what if I figured out the holy grail (logical mathematical formula) that everyone is looking for?
Wouldn't that be a weird scenario? consider this.
Here I am a complete loser of a trader, lots of guts, no intelligence, and I feel destined to lose at trading BECAUSE...
I don't really like trading.
I like inventing, discovering, techniques, systems, ideas, in two words.... the HOLY GRAIL.
So, what if I found it. But I can't do anything with it?
What should I do?
Here's my options: I could write a book and prove to the world that the markets aren't random or even chaotic, they are mathematical in nature. Is this a good title? Whats so chaotic about this? The HOLY GRAIL, your search ends here.
I thought about trying to sell it, or get someone else to trade it, but I don't trust too many people... especially when it comes to money, BIG MONEY. What could I do here?
Or, I could just walk away from it, arrogant as can be, but not using the gift i've been given.
Or, I could continue trying to become a trader, something that is having less and less of an appeal, especially with no money.
Think about it, if I really do have the Holy Grail, the mathematical formula that explains / predicts every high and every low, wouldn't this situation be ironical?
Edit: also, what would be the consequences of these things. If the Holy Grail were applied to trading, would this negate it's effect by interfering with the natural flow of the markets?
What if I let the market digest the formula via publishing it in a book? Could this change the markets forever?
What if I walked away? Would someone else figure it out? Would I be walking away from a responsibility?
What if I continue grinding it out... and I don't have any success... I think i would become suicidal in misery.
