Also, it can be very expensive to attend college, as we're all very aware.
But if you identify as black, you may be able to obtain a near full ride via such entities as the United Negro College Fund and other such organizations.
There are many such organizations that may fund you in the ethnicity with which you identify.

It's nice that people who were born white by chance but are really black have these avenues available to them.
 
If anyone should question you about not appearing to be what you identify with, there are now legal avenues available under certain conditions.

So you may be able to obtain a sizable settlement in a lawsuit, too.

Tell them your relatives always said grandpa was black/indian/muslim/homo/hispanic/pacific islander/Asian, if that even counts/ and that he marched with Dr. King in Selma.
