I have some doubts about the case of Rodrick Scott.

If in fact the teen "rushed" him he was a very stupid individual knowing Mr. Scott had a firearm.

1) Why did the teen take the time to say "I'm going to get you...." That sounds fishy to me. Why not just do it?

2) The teen was shot in the back. It is not consistent with the shooters story.

3) The other two criminals with the teen testified the dead teen did not raise his arms.

The whole thing doesn't pass the sniff test. The jury heard the evidence and aqquitted him so I guess justice was served though.
