What i'm worried is that the every country will be a police state. Everywhere you go, you will need a tracking device. Signing in and out on every location you visit all in the guise of controlling a pandemic but in actuality the data being used for more nefarious purposes. Man's freedom will truly be gone by then.

Supported a movement 10 years ago that is now frowned upon? Enjoy being leper. Voted the wrong way last election? How's 10 years of social isolation sound? Don't worry at least they'll have TV and internet at the re-education camps. You'll be able to get a steady diet of far left propaganda until you finally love big brother. Owning vast acres of land to survive will probably not be an option. Sending the troops over to confiscate your property or invent a new tax for you. Talking about confiscation, history tells us "Civil Asset Forfeiture" is nothing new when the State is desperate for funding.

It's not ending well in my opinion. Violent civil unrest might just be brewing everywhere. When a person has no job, no savings, no home because of certain questionable policies, they have nothing to lose.

Look at the stock markets defying all logic in the face of Covid-19 with lackluster business sales yet breaching all time highs again. It seems to me the general population has woken, they know the fed is pumping trillions of money in stimulus and fiat is just paper money that can be printed to infinity.

Just look at the temporary dip and how it has gotten eaten up so quickly in a matter of few months.
I think there's a possibility the markets never have a long drawn out bear market ever again.

There's one big reason.... if people know they are being actively monitored via algorithms powered by artificial intelligence, which is literally still in its infancy.... it will force the entire culture to subconsciously create and then conform to an "accepted" social norm. This then stifles the number one thing the human race has going for it. Creativity.

You know I've always said, if Stephen King were a teenager today and he published a draft of one his early works on FB.... they'd kick down his door and cart him away.

Well its not really defying logic is it. Since governments trashed the economy by forcing everyone to stay home they have duty to print money for peoples salaries. Otherwise noone would stay home and obey. So in this crisis yeah the governments have peoples and at least large companies backs. That combined with progress on vaccines is the logic of why prices are back near all time highs.

This then stifles the number one thing the human race has going for it. Creativity.

Only that kind of creativity, which does not serve any purpose/or even damages the current regime. All other types of creativity, probably would prosper as it used to be :

Creativity is the side effect of high cognitive ability, not the other way around.
In the worst case scenario, creative person, probably always would find a way to get out of such regime.

Thus, punching line, don't see that as the major problem. Creativity being restrained due monitoring all the time.
Any regime would fail without creative ones. Things would become to frozen, stagnation.
With limitations, even the worst regimes, will allow the creative ones to flourish/blossom.
(up to a certain point where they take off all of their holdings , e.g Jack Ma and CCP, tho the person ain't that of a genius in a first place)
