Look at the stock markets defying all logic in the face of Covid-19 with lackluster business sales yet breaching all time highs again. It seems to me the general population has woken, they know the fed is pumping trillions of money in stimulus and fiat is just paper money that can be printed to infinity.

Just look at the temporary dip and how it has gotten eaten up so quickly in a matter of few months.
I think there's a possibility the markets never have a long drawn out bear market ever again.

Why would one worry about that, if hes not involved in any illegal activity ?

Except for CCP social rating nonsense, where you get an insta fine, whenever crosing a street anytime/anywhere (500M cams and facial recognition), except for pedestrian road.
