What I Like About Communism

Quote from MarketMasher:

Sad, but true. Central Planning is the hallmark of Communism, and the Federal Reserve is the Central Planner of the US economy.

And just like a household - whomever controls the purse-strings, rules the house.

Inflation is an invisible tax, so the gov't taxes you directly, and the Fed (regressive-tax) taxes you indirectly.

No-no, when Fed starts to decide, how many pairs of socks should be produced in the US and what should be their price, then you will feel all the beauty of USSR communism only. :D

No-no, when the Fed devalues the currency so that a pair of socks that once cost $1.00 now costs $5.00, you have felt the beauty of Central Planning already.... :D

And if corporations are "persons", why is the Fed discriminating by giving only big-bank-persons loans at 0 interest rate? They need to spread the love!! :D

Hardcore devaluation happened here twice in 90's. Hardcore communism is still worse than that. :)

very good point. If they are a person, figure out what you are going to do with them, and then do the same thing with me. After all, I am a person aren't I?

Quote from TaxCut:

I am no fan of Communism but if you people think you live in anything better you are kidding yourself.

Have you rich Mother F!@#^@ looked around the United States at regular people.

People who work for shit money

paying more than half their salary into renting (housing)

the rest of money onto food and necessities

leaving them ZERO savings

Waiting for an accident or medical emergency to become Homeless.

YOU ALREADY LIVE IN COMMUNISM for the rich, extreme hardcore capitalism for the poor.

Wake Up America.

Envious of successful and rich?

can you even imagine how it would have gone if when Bernanke said, "We are going to bail out the banks" and someone had stood up and said, "Ok that's cool, but if you are going to bail out one person you have to bail out every person."?

the world can exist without me, but it can't exist without a bank

That's why Sweden nationalized theirs and cleaned them up when they had their banking crises.

The US is turning Japanese.... :D
