As I mentioned, it's not less damage at all. It's just the rate of increase which is less - not the damage. That's like saying you only hit someone 1.4% harder than the guy who hit him before you. That's not less damage.

I've said it before brother BSAM.While I side with dems on most economic and social issues I side with libertarians on cutting defense spending,The US no longer being the world police,no wars unless the US is attacked,ending the drug war,civil liberties etc

no, he is crazy old coot whose policies if enacted would take us back to a 1937 depression.
his ideas were soundly rejected. this was his best chance to sell his vision for america and less than 5% of americans even took him seriously.

I'm a real, thinking conservative.
My Republican party no longer exists.
