what happened with ER2 today?

Spreaders are getting killed that is what the issue is
no matter how you spread it
a day like yesterday was a little bit too much for ER2 from a spreader perspective
a day like when ES was up 12 pts couple days ago and ER2 was only up like 5 that was not normal at all.
 
well, I dunno about barely moved for months. I suppose it depends on ones' perspective. The November closing high topped the one in April 06 and despite todays wide range sell down, the month needs to close below 787.5 before chewing any fingernails. This month's range, to date, is midling and shrinking relative to recent months, however, still healthy. I'm not a frothing bull, but it's still warm for winter.

Today there was a divergence between the s&p and the russel that you can write home about. It hasnt happened like that for a long time, especially after option expiry. At this point, the S&P will determine this markets direction for the following weeks. If it can hold this 1434 area or last hope in the 1430 area on the ES then the bulls are still in control. If this zone has a confirmed breakout below, the bullish structure will be severly damaged and market will be coming off a bearish wedge in a key weekly resistance zone. Best of trading to all.
