whatever happened to that guy? I called him up on the phone and asked a couple of questions--- and he was very nervous sounding--- I know you live near him--- what's the latest?

It may be the same guy as the real estate books/seminars-- no money down. I think he may have tried to do the same-- I'll make you rich trader, as was succesful for him in real estate, idea with the stock market but it didn't work out. I am not sure....
