I started organising the data to make it easier for you guys to read, but I then I realised I would be here all night. But for those of you who can be bothered if you do the maths you'll see on this day (wednesday) I made just over $700 again (excluding commissions)
 
Oh I just realised I could just copy and paste the data straight from my TWS trade log into the thread and it organises for you, you just need to space out the individual trades - I was spending time getting the spaces neat and tidy for you to read.....

I actually thought there was some outside disaster, but then all stocks started to appreciate. Of course I was stopped out, however I would love to know if there was any news event that happened today to cause the stocks to behave the way that they did or was there some entity involved?

Program trading, it happens across the board, not just DOW stocks. But more to the point, there were bearish divergence all day long, it was not wise to stay bullish late in the day on a Friday under those circumstances.

Thanks for your comments. I will admit, I was unaware of Program Trading and what it entails until some of you guys mentioned - you learn something new everyday.

Just a note to newbs reading this. You CAN NOT consistently make 500-700 a day trading 1 or 2 YM or ES. It just can't be done, period, end of story.

ChkitOut, I really appreciate that you're trying to protect newbies (like myself) from people that make wild statements and get us newbs thinking we can inherit the world.

But I never started this thread to discuss how much money I make or to prove myself. You asked me.

I genuinely was interested to know if anybody experienced what I experienced at a certain time of the day? And to get to opinions from people that have been trading for a long time. Thankfully, I have had some very positive feedback for which I'm grateful that they taken the time to respond.

Personally, I only ever use ET to benefit myself. I will probably never use this forum to help others. Luckily there are people who AREN't as selfish as me. So I thank you all for participating...

On that not I'm going to bed as it 1am here in London.
