The site http://myfreefilehosting.com/ which is supposed to contain the qtfix.zip file is under maintenance right now
according to their home page

After downloading, you go to extract the files, and a pop-up says "no files to extract". ????????

You realize trading is million times harder than to know how to extract zip files ?

Try downloading it again because I just downloaded and extracted all files without any issues.
