what happened to genesis securities?

I have noticed following changes to genesis:

1) they switched the clearing firm from their own to pension house
2) some of their webpage does not work anymore.

it looks like some significant changes happened to genesis. do you know what are behind those changes?

I really hope there are some very significant changes going on. Trade Navigator is probably the worst product for charting you can get. Their data-model is from the 80s, you still have to do a "daily download" to get your data (seriously) after a day is over. The quality of their data, especially Forex, is unusable for any serious trader.

They should have done something signifcant years ago already, I hope they do now. Otherwise they'll be gone, soon.

ur talking about the wrong genesis.


the genesis that the OP is asking about is dead. it is now STS.
only software
no more brokerage for them.

why did they quit broker business? it looks like they had made good commission. My account with them has transferred to wang investment, but I can still get assistance from them regarding account management.
