For me, good patience is having the guts to stay in a trade and not cut it too short. Bad patience is staying with a loser for too long. It sounds very easy, but once you're in a trade, all feelings scream that you want to get out, while out, you get FOMO. So you can also see it in reverse, that bad patience is missing opportunities, and good patience is waiting for a good enough setup (nothing is perfect).

%% Good ones Mr Simples; my guts tend to get me out of a trend waaaaaay to early but if it causes you to study more, , so OK.It could ruin some ; but i like the way Carl Ichan let INVESTORS OUT OF HIS FUND IN 2008 bear trend. Most funds gated -stopped redeemptions . Carl got the redemption funds from another account LOL-True
 
What had trading done for and to you?

After making it through the learning curve trading pumped up my accounts big enough to rationalize quitting an easy high paying job twice now so that I could have more time to hit the surf -supported with a few trades here and there.

Trading can teach me about like life.Even though i dont know why , right in front of the croc, that female lion slapped her paw???,???,?But the trend pattern changed+ the water got low, low like a bear market.4 or 5 lions then came on, low water bottom feeding work$ real well, except when 6 or 7 lions try to put me on menu.LOL I like that pattern better than ''3 black crow$'' LOL
