What exactly did Herman Cain do?

The Politico story was fascinating in its vagueness. All anonymous sources. Cain was said to have made certain gestures that were not overtly sexual but made the woman or women "uncomfortable."
What the devil does that even mean? Was he picking his nose? Chewing wiht his mouth open?
We do know that he didn't kill anyone, like Teddy Kennedy did with one of his mistresses, that he didn't rape anyone, force himself on widows looking for a job or expose himself to subordinates, like Clinton was credibly accused of doing, that he wasn't having multiple affairs with hollywood starlets, like JFK did, or carry on a notorious affair while president, as FDR did. By the standards of the mainstream media, not only were none of these disqualifying, but it was damn rude to even mention them.
Clearly Cain is not qualified to be president though, because of a 15 year, sealed settlement that only a publicity seeking lawyer is willing to talk about.
We're just lucky we don't have any serious problems facing the country. Otherwise, you might think all this hoopla was an attempt to damage an accomplished AA challenger to the media's love child.

2. Mitt Romney is their guy. If Cain runs against Obama, it will start another Civil War, and I am not joking about that. It will be too much for the South to handle, and they will become violent.
