Yes, it is a crime. If you are a foreign entity you have to register with the US government before you can lawfully engage in campaign activities.
Our elections are not legally open to any foreign government looking to undermine the national security or well being of our country.

The Mule listed electioneering crimes in his indictment and then he didn't even charge the 13 with those crimes. He charged then with fraud. And to top it off, they're not in the US and will never come here so the Mule never has to prove anything in court. And the Mule says it's the 13 committing fraud? The irony.
