What economic impact would an Israeli attack on Iran have?

Israeli warships are en route to the Persian gulf with some speculation that it is a prelude to an attack on Iran.

I doubt that Israel would send 2 ships to face the entire Iranian Navy. However, it made me wonder what would happen to the price of oil, gold, bonds and the stock market if Israel did try to take out the Iranian nuclear facilities. Presumably oil, gold and bonds would rise while stocks tumble.

It will start World War III. There are 2000 or so Russian technicians on Iran's nuclear site. Russia will wipe floor with Barack Obama. World economy will be destroyed.

admookmajhad or however you spell it is the master of push and pull. buying time slowly until it is too late. at the same time he is drawing attention and credibility to himself and iran. he knows obama's hands are tied dealing with economy, wars, debt, euro, banks, etc...

When Israel attacks Iran it will be with the consent from USA. Israel is waiting for a "yes" from USA. Basically Israel and USA are the same.
