What doesn't Trump just push for Single Payer, its what we are going to end up with anyway

Anyone who thinks this Trumpcare bandaid is going to be a long term fix for health insurance is a fool. The policies being put forth are not market based for the most part, they are simply more government meddling with a bunch of red tape. Trumpcare, like Obamacare will be a abysmal failure, if it even makes it out the Senate, that is.

With that being said, it is crystal clear to me, that there are very few politicians out there who want to return to a market based healthcare system, so after Trumpcare fails, we will go through this whole thing again, and government will get more control. Why doesnt Trump just push for single payer, since that is where we are going to end up in the long run?

I tend to agree. Why not the Coulter solution? Free market for those who can pay, some sort of government scheme for those who can't. Why screw up health coverage for the 90% of people for whom the prior system worked perfectly well?

as I have said before... voucher systems for basic care.
competition across state lines
insurance companies get to sell premium plans

this is the funn part... said in jest... sort of.

Since we don't know how much money the Fed creates anyway... just have them create the money for the vouchers and stick it the member banks' accounts who own the insurance companies anyway... just have them earmark it for vouchers instead of money expansion.
