What does OPR stand for?

Hi all, I've been using Yahoo Finance charts for options trading.

Can you please tell me what OPR stands for? The quotes are delayed by 15 minutes.

Dimbulbs Yahoo (maybe a few others as well) shorten OPRA to OPR - which is Options Price Reporting Authority
