what does "Bypass Order Precautions for API Orders" mean in IB TWS

I am using NT DLL + eSignal to trade IB TWS account. It seems there is a new option in IB TWS Configure->API->All API Settings->"Bypass Order Precautions for API Orders". Is there anyone knows what it really means? Should I leave it checked or unchecked when using NT DLL to trade IB accounts?
