What do you think will happen to Megrahi

What do you think will happen to Megrahi if Libya is unstable. Who would look after him?

Maybe he might get his just deserves as a result of being let out of prison.
 
The CIA wouldn't bother, and no one else is positioned in place to do anything to him.

Morganist: Who do you think is both willing and capable to take him out? I doubt Megrahi is in much physical danger to anything but his cancer.
