Recent True Range. Volatility often signals more volatility in the short term. It's the single thing that my entry signals all have in common.

It is absurb question. I have developed 3 option patterns that over 2000 trades are over 99% profitable, do you think I am going to hand this out? Same with 2 systems trading futures.
And yes, there are chart patterns that have over 92% profitable of having "thrust" of price, they are in safety deposit box for near and dear.

That'$ partly but not completely, like asking about brain surgery,OK.
I pay more attention to profit + % than speed, some times they are not related @ all.
TQQQ tends to move fast most of the time, may not move good % all the time.
SPLV tend to move not fast much % @ all has not hit 17% ytd as of FRI 2;05 CST.
ZH you may have noticed speed increase around new 52 week highs + lows, but that fairly common pattern...................................................................................
