What do you guys think about Bahamas? Puerto Rico?

Back from my Hawaii trip, and as several of you hinted, it was way too short. Gotta go for at least a week to make that flight worth it.

Anyways, I'm already thinking about my next trip! Never been to Bahamas. Thoughts? What about Puerto Rico? I like that both have gambling (I think) and warm, Caribbean beaches.

My dream is to go to Aruba one day. I heard the beach there is sick!! And it's not in the hurricane belt so you can go there any time of the year. So far I've only been to Cancun Mexico and it's really nice.

Ha. Been to Aruba many times. Love it. Beautiful beaches and sand. Gambling. Nice people more/less. But the only problems with it is that first, its a rather long flight for the Caribbean (almost everything else in the Caribbean is closer to the U.S.). Although even that flight is not that bad compared to Hawaii haha. Secondly, the island is a desert island more/less. Very ugly island scenic wise, not like a tropical rainforest by any stretch.

I still think the beaches/water in the Cancun/Playa de Carmen/Riveria Mayam part of Mexico are the best I've ever seen, but Aruba is like 99% of them, and it can be argued either way. But the former do have many great attractions, including beautiful rivers and rain forest type terrain, but no gambling.

Can't lose on either which way you go!
 
Well, I woulda preferred the Soy Plunger giving his Market predictions,but if we can't have that I guess a bit of "fuck you" "no fuck you" between Soy and @destriero is the next entertaining.

St. Maarten, only because you can watch planes land and take off in your face at their runway. Surf the fence! Look it up!

American, British, or something else? I went to one of those St. islands awhile back, cannot remember which one right off hand. Was not that fun. Was not developed. Just of bunch of giant fat, yet short, people sitting around and eating and drinking. AKA a bunch of Destrinas sitting around being slobs. Maybe I just went to the bad part of the island.
