Funny you would bring that up, I was just doing some DD on NLS which reports after the bell tomorrow to see if there's a play there overnight. Nothing there trading wise.

Very true, but my greatest fitness gains were the result of dedicated interval work on a trainer.

I currently live in San Diego, which is quite possibly the best location in the US for year round cycling. The hard part is making the time to get out on the road. I am up too early to get a ride in before trading. Family commitments make it hard to ride in the afternoon.

I might look at something like the peloton cycle to keep in the office. I could easily get some serious workouts completed while still keeping an eye on the charts. The strength you gain from the interval work makes the days you can get on the road that much sweeter.
 
I rub one out, do more cocaine, then go to the local Mcdonalds drive thru and scream into the speaker like I'm filling block orders from the pit. You know typical day.
