What do you do when you grow frustrated?

Great questions:
I try my best to keep things simple, plan, get structured and start over again.
I need to get caught up on Calhoun folklore.Im out of the loop.
Find the source of your frustration and deal with it. Get real, no excuses. It is a common fantasy to think that one should be good at something right away. Trading will show you the truth in your abilities.
Watch A Million Miles Away. (2023 release). Write down the 5 lessons, and then get to work.
I feel the same as you from time to time especially when I have a losing streak. What helps me is to step away from the screen for a few hours or the rest of that day, sometimes I take a walk outside. Quitting forex is not something I think about anymore, I put too much time into it, and when you feel like that just think about the reasons why you wanted to be a trader in the first place.
Perspective because…
1) you are not your trades
2) your expectations will be a multiple of the industry average without fail and you’ve ignored this fact because it’s inconvenient to your wish to rinse the markets.
In FX you’re supposed to fail it’s the default position. Only 1 in 250 make it to 4 positive quarters and yet…

If you are trading a totally lost cause you'll be frustrated because subconsciously your brain knows you are heading down a dead end alley.
Sometimes we get an (unrealistic) idea which initially seemed a good idea.
The longer you run with this (trading) idea, the more you become enlightened how difficult it is.
Cut your losses short!
Like trading, if you picked a dud stock, you need to bail out.
If you don't bail out, your frustration at holding a losing unrealistic unattainable idea grows.
Fx is one such area for retail traders.
The majority of retail traders are not equiped adequately to trade efficiently.
Sometimes we get an (unrealistic) idea which initially seemed a good idea.
The longer you run with this (trading) idea, the more you become enlightened how difficult it is.

I've been at this 27 years, and I was just feeling this way yesterday morning. So I took my usual medicine, which is walking the hills in the pasture for about a half hour while talking through my issues out loud to myself. (The cows are in the barn for the winter already, otherwise I would've talked to them). I wouldn't do this in a populated area since I don't want to be thrown in a rubber truck. But it really helps, and I was able to work things out.
Another obvious possibility is to just start writing what ever comes into your head in a journal.
Just find a way to deal with it, because new sources of frustration will pop up for years to come.

No need to, as that about sums it up. Only thing missing is the house listing/de-listing fiasco.
