Agree with that point. Though I guess we both also agree that we don't condone child abuse or child trafficking, such should be charged to the fullest extent of the law. Being a child molester and repeat offender (must be proven beyond any doubt not just because a bitch says so) should get one behind bars and marked as such. Soliciting a hooker who willingly does her deed is another story entirely. If she is under age then punish the guy but killing someone's reputation for life by entering his name into a sec offender database for having solicited an underage hooker is beyond reason imho. The devil lies in the detail I guess (whether she knew what she is getting into or basically tricked and mislead or raped). We have to get back to facts and throw all those disgusting allegations and maybes out the window, on both sides of the aisle.

Excuse me. As far as I know these are the first suits in which trump is being accused of child rape! Epstein is not running for President. He just happens to be named as a co-defendant and an alleged enabler.
Well if I was one of the conspiracy/Breitbart guys I would of course have to respond "it's because the mainstream media is in cahoots with Trump . They are "obviously" protecting him."
But that's not my response. My response to you would be, it's better to stick to the actual court filings and ignore the rest.

My post had nothing to do with illegals. (As a matter of fact I am opposed to illegals being hired, period. If someone is here illegally, IMO they should not be allowed to work for gainful employment. But this is, nevertheless, happening to an unknown extent, and despite my negative view of such practices.) My respondent, via non sequitur and a particular wording, is attempting to suggest that I hold a prima facie ridiculous position regarding employment of illegals; yet my post had nothing to do with that subject!
This kind of accusation by innuendo is common, especially here in these entertaining, P&R threads. We should all be on guard and dismiss this sort of response whenever we see it, whether to one of our own posts or someone else's.
Far too often I have seen posters get sucked into ridiculous arguments because of these hairbrained, non sequitur responses. I am not going to let it happen to me. Don't let it happen to you.

Obamacare and illegal immigration both are subsidies to employers who either don't provide healthcare and/or employ illegals.
We can argue about whether employers should be the primary source of health insurance (hint: no) or whether it is good policy to give reduced welfare benefits to poor people who take low wage jobs. In all cases however, government is subsidizing one group of people and others who get nothing from it are paying the freight.
