Trump only exists to throw the election. Bill made that phone call early on to Trump knowing full well that Hillary didn't stand much of a chance against a Jeb/Kasich ticket.

You could say that this whole election was totally rigged; the only real choices being Hillary or Jeb. Either way it was going to be an establishment politician in the White House no matter what.
