He financed the primaries with his own money, not the entire campaign. He had to though. Nobody would donate to Trump. He was a joke...until he wasn't. Now the money pours in because even after he won, he never stopped campaigning. Day 1 as President was day 1 of his 2020 re-election campaign.
 
He tweeted a picture of a check written to Homeland. Not a cleared check. Proof of nothing. This from a guy who pilfered $10MM in his charitable foundation.

You do realize that no Dept. can accept a charitable contribution without specific authorization from Congress? Of course you don't, orangeman bad.
