The plan is clearly not ready yet. It should not have been presented. Geithner's speech sounded like a plan that was drawn on a napkin at a bar last night.

It is sad that Obama appointed Geithner; claiming that he was the best person for the job. His tax evasion was excused because he was "the best person for the job."
