What did Assent pay for Andover?

I may be wrong but I don't think Assent paid anything for Anover. As I recall Andover just decided to change their name to Assent. Sunguard then bought Assent. I know if you google it you can find how much Sunguard paid, but I can't remember what the actual number was.

Why did you post this in the TRADING FORUM and why are you asking about something that occurred back in late February of 2003?

For what it's worth, it was SunGard (SDS) that purchased Andover.
And I don't believe that SunGard ever disclosed financial details of the transaction.

P.S. Just to give you some perspective on valuations . . .Instinet bought ProTrader for $150 million. SunGard sold BRUT to the Nasdaq for $190 million.
