What comes next for the SP500: New All-Time Highs or Massive plunge?

It's anyone's guess right now. Market moving up on all news... good or bad. My bet is on a pop & drop next week so I'm long into next week and short into September. In a perfect world I'd like a spike to 3450 then a drop to 3100 (200 SMA). If we stay range bound I'll just be lighting fires.
