What caused the market pop up at 11am?

Not that the market needs a reason to randomly move, but there was a noticeable pop up at 11am with high volume, and I didn't notice any news for that time.

Sarah Sanders said positive China trade news (which was basically what Trump had already Tweeted hours earlier).

Either way, she f'ed over my trades. I'm ready for the market to resume it's steady intraday descending scale size from open to close.

NOT 100%% sure; but SPY jumped about 50 day moving average on real good volume.IF it cant close above it, looks like it may not, as of 12:37 CST. MAY is mostly bullish, but it trended up so much, so fast this year. I wanted buy gasoline , for my 4 clinder HMC but it hasnt gone down far enough.NOT a prediction/stock tip
