What brokers allow you to make single order option spread trades?

A buddy is with Fidelity(only trades stocks) and he said they don't.

If he only trades stocks. How does he know Fidelity doesn't offer spread order entry capability for option? A two-leg spread order like what OP wants to do is as popular or even more popular than single orders. There is no way a broker like Fidelity wouldn't offer it.

His account allows him to trade options and he tried at my request.

What brokers allow you to make single order option spread trades? For example I want to buy a call option at 50 and sell the same option at 51 and enter it as one order rather than selling the call on one ticket and buying on another.

Thanks for any suggestions.

I use interactive brokers.

Thank you Mr Wildchild.I have it narrowed down to TD Ameritrade and IB for now.I like Mr Morse's brokerage too but at the moment the initial funding requirement is out of my range.

I used TD Ameritrade before. They werent bad but I liked the IB API.

Your friend is wrong about Fidelity. I have an account there and it is very easy to trade option spreads. I use their Active Trader software, very ease to enter a option spread order.
