What brokers allow trading in an IRA with no 3 day wait between trades.

Are there any retail brokers that allow trading repeatedly in an IRA without having to wait 3 days (settlement time) between trades? or is that whole concept against what is possible in an IRA?

You can do that with IB.

However they do charge you an inactivity fee if your monthly commission is less than $10.
