what brokerage firm/software are you using for scalping?

The only depth I see is for stocks, not futures. And I didn't get the release notes, not even in spam.

message support, they'll set you up. ES depth is there on mine.

yes dom is there for the ES...

but not the YM.. DOM is only for the 5 cme products.

also i dont think its a DOM you can trade from..

you still have to go through the order entry process

They haven't set up all of them yet.

The optional shift-click will bypass oe and send the order.

I asked Sosnoff to add a optional one-click configuration.

iwas told they are only going to set up the CME (i think) contracts..

russell1k, sp,etc...

could be wrong though

I you are truly going to tick scalp for a few ticks per trade, go Ninja with Zen Fire. X Trader is good too. I use TransAct, it is fraction of a second slower than a TT feed or Zen Fire. We are talking fraction of sec. which may matter to a tick scalper. I gave up tick scalping so it doesn't matter, but that's another subject. To use Zen make sure you have a big pipe from your ISP connection as they don't throttle data at all, unlike TransAct which does some data throttling. Stay away from Tradestation. I have seen too many complaints about data lock ups when volume comes in big.

They told me YM would be available shortly.

You should open another account if you need other things. I have a smaller account at a futures broker too. I've traded from both.

i wired money to RCG today.. clearing for mirus via NT..

i contemplated TS but deversified..

scwhab for funds
tos for options
nt/mirus for futures

BTW.. where did you go/what did you do when you graduated from scalping?

Got it fixed. Depth is so far available on ES, NQ and GE, but more is coming.

And as it has been mentioned above, you can go to setup to enable "Auto send with shift click" which bypasses all the screens...just hold shift and click on the bid/ask.
