A journal will be started by one of the participants who asked to set it up.

Then I will be doing a ton of attachments.

We will refer to the thread where the maths are kept so that anyone using any platform can get charting highlited properly.

All dialog will have attached illustrations.

The fastest wy to exchange and tanfr is if participants keep 3 ring binders.

In my prior post you can see a five minute chart. You can look at three colored boxes to see the reversals. red is for short beginings of holds; black is for long beginnings of holds. Clear is for going flat (around bar 50as shown).

I am going to continue from a beginning on the new Journal.
 
I'm both interested and sceptical.

Interested because it seems like a general model that could help to optimize my multi-day trades on an intraday basis.

Sceptical because my strategy, like many is about simplicity and waiting for the good opportunities, and this looks a bit like over trading. Then again P&L will provide the answer here.

Later in more modern times, the PC was invented and then search was invented. I know you cannot do many things. But do consider how to self learn.

the dictionary is tougher than the PC. To use it you have to know the alphabet. A pc works easier; all you do is spell using a keyboard the letters in an order that is the same as the word that you can't understand.

Wash your face with soap and clean water. Then rinse your face with clean water alone.

why is to know the market is granular so important?Now i know that the market change its price with one tick,cent or point and trades 1 contcract,share or lot.How does it help me in a practical way?

In the journal thread, I asked Jack to illustrate with a real time example, and proposed QQQ. I also asked why, according to his theory, would people buy a stock at a top area (QQQ was then at 86.65, and the top turned out to be only 0.03 away).

He seemed to have disliked that I asked a question, and seemed happy that the questions were removed--- He thanked someone for the removal of the questions.

So I learned that he may not like intellectual exchanges which naturally start with asking questions.

If and when you wish to be givien something do the work to make it possible for the person upon which you are imposing.

Post the chart containing the variables you use and the tools you use.

Your specific question is: "Why do people buy at the top of an instrument when they use my approach?"

My view of the person is that he is making a mistake. The markets are neveer wrong in my opinion. There is a requirement for any person using any method to obey th market.

Please put up a chart to show the example you are dealing with and why this examples makes you ask what the trader must consider and then follow through by doing.

That was not the question. If you think I am not right, get that question back, and post it without modification for others to read it.

I do not know if it was you who asked for it to be removed.

Your thanking others for removing valid questions is not what I believe an intellectual person should do.


I am sorry to let you know I will not post in your thread as long as honest intellectual questions are removed (or asked to be removed ) for unstated/unknown reasons.

If you want to post alone in your thread that is fine, and I would respect that, but there are statements in there and in this thread where you invite people to join the discussion, and I did that after reading it.

And BTW, I saw your 9 names of two-bar couples. I could have said the same information (without losing insight) in few words. There would be no need to memorize anything.

I wanted to give, and I am not wishing to be given anything. You assumption about me is therefore not correct.

I believe that when I give I would receive something I do not know yet, but I would receive something. The key to receiving, in my view, is to give. It is particularly true in matters that involve thinking and creativity.

It is like a bank account. If you deposit first, you would have no problem withdrawing because the balance is always positive when you deposit before you withdraw.
