why don't you use a stock screener with filters in regards to market cap, price, volume , earnings, pte, highs low etc. When i was trading stocks back in 2008 i used a screener and couple of readily available filters. It was easy to find some good stocks less than $5 with good volume intraday.

For intraday, i mostly trade TQQQ and sometimes SQQQ.
Sometimes TNA and TZA.
I trade LABU and LABD.
Have traded GUSH and DRIP.
Sometimes UWT and DWT.
Rarely NUGT and DUST.
Reason i list and trade the inverse is my account is a retirement account where they don't allow shorting.
I don't trade these below, but you might like them, moreso if you swing trade.
