I found this on the shelf of my local library tonight. I don't have time for more books, but we'll see about that....

It was a good read. But I think Number Go Up, by Zeke Faux, is required reading.Due to some banter in another thread... I am trying to get through this book:

It was a good book. It led to to read Wim Hof's book, and then Scott Carney's book about Hof. Glad I did.
