What are we going to do about speculation keeping oil prices down?

Speculators sure are evil, acting in concert to manipulate prices and all. I wonder who the conductor of the orchestration is. I would like to attend the secret meetings where all the speculators say that it is time to destroy alternative energy.

Some people must be drinking something entirely different and tasty because they keep on drinking it.
