What are the most valuable lessons you have learned?

One of those startegies that always works until it doesn't. :)
Did you get stopped out or is this now an investment?
I made a day trade an investment ... once.

Rode it down months and somehow, not from skill on my part, came out the other end in profit.

Never again. Never.

The cash side showing still just a tad early, when it hits the red resistance it may pause and fall back.

LOL=that'$ progress only doing it once:D
I've done enough profitable inevestments never to confuse the 2 ..................
I have accidently overran my stops+ sometimes got gap loss more than i planned.
To call [rationalize] a loser, by changing the name never made any sense@ all to me:caution::caution:
IF that was single stock, could have easily lost it all or more if leveraged.
READERS can have an advantage with discretion;
plenty of single stocks went to zero[goose egg] + QQQ drewdoWn>80%.
I REMEMBER the bank stock that went to zero; FIDELITY sent me a letter strangely \saying they would sell it for no comissions; i wrongly though =must be a long term winner WRONGLOL:D:D
