What are the best pivots for gold?

Does anyone have insights on the best or most popular session hours for calculating floor pivots (standard floor pivots) for gold futures? The floor session is 9 to 14:30 EST, but there is plenty of trading outside those hours.

I have used both the floor hours and a 24hr session that starts and ends at 14:30 EST, and both give useful pivots. Some traders are probably using one or the other, or maybe both (or something else?).

The answer is whichever data set gives you meaningful S/R levels!

Any Fx data released overnight is certainly going to effect gold trading.

Generally speaking, "Floor" pivots are calculated using RTH data values, this does not make them more/less significant vs other data.
