What are the best brokers for Canadians?

Hello, does anyone have any good recommendations for Canadians brokers?

IB (Interactive Broker), are they good from your experience?
-What is minimum requirement?
-Do they chart for using charts & L1/L2?
-Do they charge a lot if you don't trade much.

My opinion is IB is the best broker. The number of broker reviews here on Elite Trader tells you IB has many users here on ET. The rest of your questions can be answered by searching through IB's website.
