A corp fee
I am very informed in it is:
$350 for corp setup LLC or INC
minium of $350 for accountant a year
I pay around $2k a year for an accountant because they do all my books.
So if you can make more then $700
Its viable because you can write off a lot of more expenses on a inc then a personal income tax for sure.
I write off a LOT of shit on my corp account, Thingsf I buy on newegg, all my restaurants outings as meetings lol , supplies,
you can also recieve investments for other people into your inc account, makes it easier like that.
@ $10k a year, its not advisable to open a corp account, you have more tax headaches to file ,
if you have yourself as an employee, you also have to pay state tax/insurance/ lots of etc on top of the salary.
Go above $60k , it should be more viable.
btw they are auditing more S-corps lately
